Abandoned Croatia: Derelict Housing, Lopud | Urbex

A short boat trip away from Dubrovnik is the small island of Lopud, with a population of just 300. With stunning beaches and a beautiful monastery, the island is a popular spot for tourists.

In a prime spot overlooking the beach, this small abandoned building looks to have once been a house. It has ornate curved ceilings, contrasted by the clutter of doors and various other debris strewn about the interior.
With Croatian tourism booming, it’s a surprise this prime real estate has remained abandoned for any length of time.
