Some bunkers stored important documents, others were used to plan military attacks, but all have a unique and facsinating history.

A bunker is a defensive military fortification designed to protect people and valued items from falling bombs, artillery, or nuclear fallout. As military technology develops and threats change, some are left abandoned and decaying. The locations of many of these bunkers was highly secret when they were in use, and for some accurate histories are therefore hard to come by.
